We submitted a proposal to Commissioner Industries, Govt of Rajasthan for registration of potential GI of Rajasthan. Under this initiative a list of potential GI products was prepared and published. A series of awareness program was launched for GM, DICs to make them aware about required documentation and information collection.
Under this program, we applied a GI application “Alwar Kalakand”.
This activity was conducted under our “GI Bharat” campaign.
