In this cut-throat competition; knowledge, idea and their commercial use by making innovations, inventions and creativity are essential requirement for every business organization for growth and sustainability. For a business to flourish, IPR plays a significant role. IPR is the intangible asset in a business which is as much important as a tangible or physical asset. In current scenario when use of information technology has increased, artificial intelligence based technology system has introduced in business, it is necessary to protect IPR.
Intellectual Property Rights are classified majorly under 5 categories: Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications.
