What is ZED Certification:
MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification is an extensive drive to create awareness amongst MSMEs about Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) practices and motivate and incentivise them for ZED Certification while also encouraging them to become MSME Champions.
“We should manufacture goods in such a way that they carry zero defect and they should not have a negative impact on the environment”.

INCENTIVES / BENEFITS OF ZED CERTIFICATION
- 100% Subsidy on ZED Bronze Certification fee.
- Subsidy on cost of ZED Silver & ZED Gold certification & Handholding fee (80%, 60%, 50%), Additional subsidy of 10% for Women, SC, ST, Aspirational Districts, NER units etc.
- Subsidy of 50% or up to Rs. 3 Lakhs on Quality Certifications like: ISI, Hallmark, WHO, GMP, ISO etc.
- Subsidy of 75% or up to Rs. 50000/- for System or Product Certification or Testing charges during handholding support.
- International trade fair subsidy (stall charge up to Rs. 3.50 Lakhs, Airfare up to 1.75 Lakhs & Freight charges up to 75000/-).
- Credit Guarantee Scheme: Increased Guarantee coverage of 85%. A. 10% Additional concession/ relaxation in guarantee fee.
- Waiver/ Concession on Bank loan processing fee.
- Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS): One time reimbursement of 50% of investment made on P&M and testing equipment, maximum of Rs. 5 Lakhs.
- Separate visibility on GeM Portal.
- Free WASH Certification.
- Use ZED symbol on product and marketing materials.
- Improvement in Quality of Product and System sets industry benchmark.
Parameters:
There are total 20 Parameters, 5 for Bronze, 14 for Silver and 20 for Gold. These Parameters will be implemented in the Applicant MSME Unit to achieve the required certification level.
Who Can Apply:
All manufacturing sector MSMEs will be eligible to participate in MSME Sustainable (ZED) Certification and avail related benefits/incentives.
